I had some time to kill so I thought I would write another blog post with an update on what's going on in my world.
I returned home from my mission.
Spoiler: coming home is the hardest thing.
It. Is. Hard. Way more difficult than I anticipated and sometimes I feel like I'm barely hanging on. I LOVED my mission and I miss Utah almost every day.
Anyway.
I was home for a month.
Some things I learned being back in Oregon:
-my nephew and niece are the cutest children in the world, hands down
-having sisters is WAY different than having brothers
-just because you know something is wrong doesn't mean you won't do it (damn agency)
-Disneyland is still the happiest place on Earth
-dating is fun and thanks to the guys that took me out
-my mama is still my best friend
-my family puts the FUN is dysfunctional and with family we have it all
-daily scripture study and prayer are a must
-I still just want to adventure and discover the gorgeous world God has created
-lastly, God just reaffirms to me over and over that he loves all this children
1.) It's super hard being here without my best friends.
2.) I love being able to see all my favorite things (aka parkway and panther falls)
3.) I hate having to make new friends especially when I've been blessed with the best ones
4.) our ipads are pretty dope
5.) there is a distinct 100% smell about BV that I love. According to Higgy it smells "earthy"
6.) I still resist change, but I'm trying to be better
I have three semesters left and I am more determined and motivated than ever.
Also. My New Years Resolution is... *drum roll please*
Consistancy.
Consistency in spirituality.
Consistency in fitness.
Consistence in emotional well-being.
Consistency in who I am.
We need to plan our summer adventure in Utah!
