^^but catch me doing it again next year.
Okay. This Christmas break has been AWESOME.
I’ve spent lots and lots of time with my family, my niece and nephew, and I have absolutely loved it.
I think all summer I struggled so hard because all I wanted to be was back in Virginia... and now all I want is to be home. So, it’s been really good! I’ve realized that nothing is more important than family.
I played piano in church 2/3 Sundays that I’ve been home. I spoke last Sunday. I think I might get to sit with my family this Sunday.
For Christmas we went up to a cabin outside of Hood River with all of the family. It was SO. FUN. I loved it so so so much. Well, besides having the worst hands playing pinochle that I think I’ve ever had.
We’ve done lots of hiking, lots of working, lots of having fun. And I’ve loved every minute.
I don’t really want to go back to school, but I’m ready to graduate.
Hopefully I end up living somewhere closer to home after graduation. The post-grad plans aren’t secured yet, but that’s fine.
